Great to meet you!
Hi, I’m Cordella. I’m a clinical social worker with more than 20 years of experience helping adults navigate difficult seasons in their lives.
Over the years, I have worked with people experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma and PTSD, relationship concerns, grief, life transitions, work and family stress, and times when life simply feels overwhelming. My professional background has also included extensive work with military veterans and individuals who have experienced trauma.
I believe therapy should be a place where you can show up as yourself without worrying about being judged, misunderstood, or expected to have everything figured out. My style is warm, accepting, compassionate, and down-to-earth. I want you to feel comfortable talking about the things that matter to you — including the things that may be difficult to talk about anywhere else.
I also recognize that emotional well-being is connected to relationships, identity, intimacy, sexuality, and the many roles we take on throughout our lives. I am sex-positive and comfortable discussing these areas with openness and respect. My goal is to meet you where you are and help you move toward where you would like to be.
