Great to meet you!

If you're feeling anxious, uncertain, or overwhelmed by life changes, you're not alone. Whether you're navigating identity questions, working through trauma, or facing grief, therapy can be a meaningful place to understand what's getting in the way and take steps forward. I offer a supportive space where you can slow down, reflect, and begin to reconnect with yourself in a way that feels honest and manageable.

My approach to therapy

I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Certified Rehabilitation Counselor. In sessions, I offer a collaborative, down-to-earth approach that’s focused on what matters most to you. We’ll work together at your pace, using strategies that are evidence-based and tailored to your needs. I conduct evaluations for ESA letters, Substance Abuse and Anger Mgmt.

What you can expect from me
