Great to meet you!

Life can be hard, messy, and painful. If you've noticed something isn't working, feel lost, or have an idea of where you want to be but struggle to identify the steps to get there, let’s talk! I am a queer, neurodivergent affirming therapist specializing in individuals ranging from youth to adulthood who may be dealing with life transitions, ADHD, depression, complex family dynamics and grief.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Together we can notice what might be getting in the way -fear of rejection, perfectionism, nervous system responses or past relationships that have impacted how you see yourself, others and the world. I use a polyvagal and trauma informed existentialist approach to help you find meaning by exploring your creative self and how you experience suffering. I like to use humor, art, nature and creative practices that reflect what it means to be human.

What you can expect from our first session

In our first session we will get to know each other and what life has been like for you. We can explore systems that work for YOUR brain and take those small next steps that bring you closer to your goals. I hope to provide a place for you figure out life and experiment with regulating processes that will help maintain a sense of balance.
