Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Social Worker, I have spent the last 10+ years working with children and adolescents, families and adults. My training and clinical experience are in the areas of life transitions, depression, anxiety, trauma and family issues. I use a mix of trauma informed, cognitive behavioral and motivational interviewing techniques based on the needs of the client.

My approach to therapy

My approach is client-centered and collaborative. I take a supportive role in self exploration and personal growth.

What you can expect from me

During our initial session we will discuss personal goals for our time together. In later sessions we will identify ways you have found success in the past and things that have been roadblocks along the way leaning into and finding ways to use the tools that made you successful before and learning tools that allow you to navigate beyond those places you have found yourself stuck in the past. I believe we often have what we need to be successful but sometimes need someone to walk with us.
