Great to meet you!
Corey Bussiere (LMHC and LMFT) is highly experienced in working with clients with Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD). He has experience being trained by specialists and working in an intensive outpatient program for teens and adults struggling with more intensive symptoms. Not only does he specialize in working with individuals facing OCD, but also various anxiety concerns, trauma, and complex family dynamics. He has experience working with families seeking healthier communication and connection, as well as, working towards figuring out how to reduce accommodation of compulsive behaviors for their children or partners and figure out how to support their loved ones.
Corey’s extensive experience with OCD subtypes, including contamination, "just right" OCD, magicalthinking, pregnancy/prenatal OCD , hit and run fears, sexual orientation themed OCD, and scrupulosity, allows him to provide highly personalized, effective interventions. His sessions offer a safe, non-judgmental environment where clients are encouraged to explore patterns, uncover challenges, and build tools that promote resilience and long-term well-being. With Corey’s guidance, clients work toward improved self-understanding, coping strategies, and a more balanced, fulfilling life.
