Great to meet you!

Welcome! My name is Dr Gilbert. I have been in practice for over 24 years. I am a Christian and come from a Conservative Bible based background. I am married and have 3 kiddos. I love riding my Harley year round rain or shine. I enjoy backpacking, skiing, and road-trips - anything with my family. I truly love learning and discovering new ways to help those I have the honor of serving.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is partnering with you to help you achieve YOUR goals. I want to see you healthy, strong, and living a virbrant life - no matter your limitations or struggles. I am direct, yet kind, clear, yet gentle. I am your partner for a brief time to help you overcome, strengthen, and rise above.

What you can expect from our first session

You will come away from our sessions - hopefully - encouraged and challenged. I hope you will WANT more from and for your life. I expect a lot and want SO MUCH for you and your life. It is an honor to serve - if we a re good match and fit. Blessings. Dr G
