Great to meet you!

Are you a child, teen, adult, or family working through ADHD, autism, emotional challenges, or conflict and looking for a trusted guide? I support children as young as five through older adults, with a special focus on teens, autism, ADHD, and family relationships. With more than 28 years in mental health, I believe you are the expert in your own life. I want to understand you as a person, not just a diagnosis, and help you find a path that fits your strengths and goals.

My approach to therapy

Sessions are warm, respectful, and collaborative. I take time to listen, understand your story, and create a space where you can be honest without feeling judged. We will work at a pace that feels comfortable, with trust, connection, and your experience at the center.

What you can expect from me

My hope is that you leave sessions feeling more understood, confident, and ready to face what comes next. We will identify practical next steps, strengthen emotional resilience, and recognize your progress along the way. When life calls for a course correction, I will help you find a new direction with hope.
