Great to meet you!

I use telehealth to work with clients who live in Massachusetts and in South Carolina I have 30 years experience treating adults with anxiety, depression, trauma history, chronic illness and substance abuse. I take a Reflective Listening approach, helping you to identify strengths, obstacles and a plan for change.

My approach to therapy

I will help you identify how to cope with your circumstances, to work through anxiety and identify your strengths. Together we will work at achieving your goals.

Life is full of challenges and we all experience them. Illness, grief, anxiety, new stages of life can leave us feeling stuck and sometimes hopeless. Having a therapist to work with at your own pace and in your own way can be helpful. The goal of therapy is to help you work through these challenges and find new ways to live life.

What you can expect from me

You can expect to feel comfortable and respected while having the opportunity to share your concerns. You can expect to leave sessions feeling that you learned something about yourself, with a plan and a focus for the coming week.
