Hi, I’m glad you’re here. Starting therapy can feel like a big step, and I want you to know that you don’t have to do it alone. I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with experience working with kids, teens, adults, and families, and my goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and understood.
In our work together, I’ll meet you where you are—whether you’re dealing with stress, anxiety, depression, College, relationship challenges, or just feeling stuck. I use a mix of approaches like CBT, mindfulness, and strength-based techniques, but more than anything, I focus on listening to you and tailoring sessions to what you need.
I truly believe therapy is about collaboration—you bring your experiences and hopes, and I bring tools and support to help you move forward. My hope is that you’ll leave sessions feeling lighter, more confident, and more connected to yourself.
