My approach to therapy
I work from a trauma-informed, cognitive behavioral therapy model and specialize in substance use, trauma, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and anger management. I work primarily with individuals and have experience working with military and first-responders as well. I also offer mental health and substance abuse assessments.
