Great to meet you!

I believe in taking a creative approach to your mental health. I have extensive experience working with children and teenagers with behavior issues, struggles with peer interactions, and family dynamic issues. I also specialize in working with men navigating fatherhood, marital issues, and intimacy concerns. As a former educator in an alternative school, I can also assist parents in developing effective strategies for addressing children's behavioral issues.

My approach to therapy

I use play therapy, Child-Parent Relationship Therapy (CPRT), walk-and-talk therapy, and other creative approaches to work with my clients as they navigate their struggles. I also consult with parents on new parenting skills to use in tandem with therapy. I am trained to address concerns related to Gaming Disorder in clients with all ages.

What you can expect from me

Children and teenagers are confronted with life’s ups and downs just like the adults around them. I help my clients to create a safe space in therapy to deal with the challenges that come with growing up. I also work with adults navigating a variety of life transition concerns. Adults, like children and teens, face life transition stressors and other mental health struggles. I help clients explore new ways to face the struggles that come with living a full life.
