Great to meet you!

I attended Casper College and University of Wyoming, earning both my bachelor’s (2000) and master’s (2005) degrees in social work, which included clinical theory/practice, ethics, policy, grant writing, statistical outcomes, human behavior and community/systems level change. I graduated from Leadership WY in 2018 and received the Tony Cate Award for Nonprofit Leadership in 2024 from the WY Community Foundation.

My approach to therapy

I believe that healing happens through understanding, connection, and compassion. Together, we'll focus on building insight, developing practical tools, and strengthening your ability to cope with life's challenges while honoring your personal story and resilience.

I work with adolescents and adults facing anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, and substance use concerns. My approach is eclectic and collaborative-I draw from cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness, strengths-based perspectives, and trauma-informed care to meet you where you are and tailor our work to your unique needs.

What you can expect from me

Life can feel overwhelming at times, and it's not always easy to navigate change, relationships, or the uncertainty that comes with growth. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive space where you can explore what's happening in your life without judgement and begin to find a path forward that feels authentic and sustainable.
