Great to meet you!

Hi, and welcome! I'm a licensed clinical social worker, veteran, wife, and mom who understands that life's challenges can look different for everyone. I earned my Master's in Social Work and have had the privilege of working with children, teens, adults, and older adults across a variety of therapeutic settings. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, traveling, and making meaningful memories with my family. My goal is to provide a supportive, compassionate space where you feel heard, understood, and empowered as we work together toward your goals.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs. I believe you are the expert on your own life, and my role is to provide support, guidance, and practical tools to help you navigate life's challenges and build on your strengths. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable being yourself, explore difficult emotions, and work toward meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a trusting therapeutic relationship. We'll talk about what brought you to therapy, your personal history, current challenges, and the goals you'd like to work toward. You'll also have the chance to ask questions about the therapy process and what to expect moving forward. Together, we'll create a plan that feels comfortable, collaborative, and tailored to your individual needs.
