Great to meet you!

Hello, my name is Cori Harral and I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor working with clients throughout the state of California. I have worked with a variety of clients at different stages of life. Together we focus on building emotional resilience and personal growth to help improve your wellbeing. I frequently focus on emotional regulation and solution focused approaches to help lessen and manage symptoms of depression, anxiety, and stress.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I specialize in DBT and CBT with a client-centered approach to help navigate life's challenges and better understand oneself. This is done not only with support and kindness but acceptance as well. We will work collaboratively to identify individual needs and goals to help commit to new coping skills to better manage difficulties in life.

What you can expect from our first session

Together we will set goals that work as a roadmap to follow when having to face challenges and achieve things in life. We will work collaboratively to identify short-term and long-term goals and keep track of the progress made during session. It is important to set simple and achievable goals in order to feel more empowered during this process and to create a more sustainable way of living.
