Great to meet you!

I have been working alongside youth and adults for nearly two decades in a variety of environments, including crisis stabilization, outpatient mental health, and medical social work. I am deeply passionate about empowering individuals to find their inherent strengths and innate capacity to overcome barriers. I offer a warm, affirming space, humbly acknowledging our perspectives are shaped by our lived experiences and influenced by race, gender, sexual orientation, and abilities.

My approach to therapy

I approach clients with compassion and enjoy supporting their journey towards increased self-compassion and self-acceptance. I incorporate mindfulness strategies as well as concepts from CBT, ACT, interpersonal neurobiology and EMDR

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to feel seen, valued, and empowered to be authentic. Clients may find increased curiosity after sessions as we expand a practice of compassionate self-inquiry. Clients will have increased strategies to cope with distress as it inevitably arises.
