Great to meet you!

Restoration Therapy - EMDR - CSAT

I am skilled in helping people and relationships repair, take authentic responsibility, and cultivate safety and care for themselves and those around them. I offer a space where people can begin to see themselves rightly—and walk forward from that place with clarity and courage. I am the founder of an Ohio-based group private practice, where all of our clinicians work from the same model providing individual, couple, group, and intensive therapy.

While I work with a broad range of relational and mental health challenges, I focus on treating relationship development, trauma/ upsetting experiences, sex addiction, infidelity repair, and couples issues. I am trained in Restoration Therapy, including our forgiveness model, EMDR, and am a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist (CSAT), as well as a Prepare Enrich trainer.

We are conveniently located in Dublin, adjacent to Bridge Park. Each of our offices offers a beautiful wooded view of the Scioto River, creating a secluded, peaceful, and private space for therapy. We offer a complimentary phone consultation for you to share more about your goals, answer your questions about the therapy process, and get you scheduled.

My approach to therapy

I have been trained and mentored by Restoration Therapy founder Terry Hargrave. I use attachment theory, mindfulness, and self regulation to treat individuals and relationships. I also integrate EMDR to treat traumatization in the body. My approach is skilled, directive, challenging and empathetic to lead you toward change.

What you can expect from me

Our sessions are typically 55 minutes and the length of therapy can be tailored for brief, short-term, or in depth ongoing depending on need. I also offer intensive therapy to move toward change faster. The first session will be a time to hear about your background and goals for growth.
