Great to meet you!

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, and you don't have to face life's challenges alone. I believe healing begins with feeling heard, accepted, and supported. For more than 13 years, I've had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, adults, and families experiencing anxiety, ADHD, depression, bipolar disorder, trauma, grief, life transitions, relationship challenges, women's issues, and stress. I've also supported individuals navigating crisis, childhood and domestic abuse, co-dependency, and self-esteem concerns. My goal is to provide a safe, welcoming space where you can explore your experiences, recognize your strengths, and begin moving toward the life you want at a pace that feels comfortable for you.

My approach to therapy

I bring insight, empathy, and clinical experience to every session, while recognizing that each person's journey is unique. I strive to help clients learn from their past without feeling defined by it, navigate current challenges with confidence, and build skills for the future. My approach is warm, affirming, and solution-oriented, using evidence-based therapies such as CBT, ACT, DBT, Trauma-Focused CBT, Internal Family Systems, Motivational Interviewing, Child-Parent Psychotherapy, Family Focused Therapy, and Biofeedback. I also incorporate Microcurrent Neurofeedback and Life Span Integration when appropriate to help clients process difficult experiences, strengthen resilience, and discover meaningful, lasting change.

What you can expect from me

When we work together, you can expect to be met with compassion, acceptance, and genuine curiosity. Through open conversation, we'll explore your experiences, gain a deeper understanding of what you're facing, and build on the strengths you already have. Whether you're navigating difficult emotions, life transitions, trauma, or seeking personal growth, my goal is to create a supportive environment where you feel respected, understood, and empowered throughout the counseling process. Together, we'll work toward meaningful progress that helps you move forward with greater confidence and hope.
