It's about learning to be "in the moment" to see what thoughts, actions, & beliefs help or hinder you. This part takes time, honesty, & dedication. I'll encourage you to practice skills outside our sessions – that's where you'll really see your strengths & areas to improve. I'm here to support you every step of the way.

In our first therapy session, the focus is solely on understanding your unique needs. We'll pinpoint what's affecting your self-care, relationships, & future outlook. Together, we create a plan that targets your top concerns, serving as our roadmap throughout treatment. This plan adapts as you meet goals or if other distressing factors emerge. Together, we'll embark on a journey toward a brighter, more hopeful path.
