Great to meet you!
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over seven years of experience, I support mental health across the full lifespan, individuals, couples, and families alike. My background includes six years as a school social worker in Wisconsin working with students Pre-K through 12th grade, followed by two and a half years as a contract therapist helping clients navigate a wide range of challenges and transitions.
I take an eclectic approach rather than relying on a single modality, taking time to understand each client's needs and goals so our work stays centered on what matters most to them. Much of my work focuses on helping clients explore their past, including complex trauma, so they can feel steadier day to day. I also have particular experience supporting LGBTQ2S+ clients and those navigating life transitions.
I hold a Master's in Social Work from UW-Green Bay and a Bachelor's in Social Welfare from UW-Madison, along with certificates in Substance Use Disorder treatment and First Nations Studies. Above all, I strive to make therapy feel human rather than clinical, connecting with clients as people first.
