During her career she has gained the understanding of creating a safe and trusting environment for those she works with. It is essential for her to ensure the wellbeing of her clients through providing understanding, empathy, and patience while allocating treatment that best suits the client’s needs

A bit about my approach to therapy

Corinna has expertise in systemic work and individual therapy as well as group therapy. She takes on a bio-psycho-social perspective where she utilizes a multitude of therapeutic modalities to help clients through trauma, self identity concerns, eating disorders, anxiety, depression, grief, and sexual assault. Corinna prides herself on having worked with many different populations, lifestyles and cultures because each client(s) have their own culture and dynamic that is special to them.

Corinna is passionate about aiding others in having positive mental health by focusing on self-reflection and the ability to create positivity around one’s self. Corinna will walk with you on your journey to implement growth within yourself, and become someone you can rely on as a safety net for your mental welfare. As your therapist, not only will Corinna be conscious of your challenges but will provide compassion, understanding of your needs, and the willingness to help you navigate healing.
