Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Cori, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I specialize in working young adults who have a history of trauma. I have worked in a variety of settings including schools, residential treatment facilities and non-profit organizations, providing individual, family and group therapy.

My approach to therapy

Through humor, empathy and compassion, I will aid in setting achievable goals, developing helpful skills, and empowering clients to seek their fullest potential. Trauma has a way of exposing our most vulnerable selves and often times bringing up symptoms that look a lot like depression, anxiety and grief. We don't need to be afraid of them because we will work together to face them.

What you can expect from me

It is super important to understand how each person’s struggles are unique to their life experiences and how I may tailor my approach to meet their specific needs. I will always bring coping skills to the table along with an agenda, however I recognize that adaptability is key. Are we needing a venting session or a focused problem solving or skill building hour? We can do both!
