Great to meet you!

You should know that I bring over eight years of diverse experience working in mental health with children, adults, and couples. My background spans crisis intervention, forensic psychology, and clinical work in both child and adult settings. I am passionate about helping people at all stages and am excited to offer a flexible, remote therapeutic environment where you can feel comfortable and in control of your own progress.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is client-centered, supportive, and flexible. I embrace each individual’s unique needs and draw from my diverse experience to empower clients—whether you are looking for psychoeducation for children, support as a couple, or guidance as an adult navigating life’s challenges. I value seeing clients' progress and growth, and I am committed to providing a safe, understanding space for your journey.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a warm, open, and collaborative atmosphere. I will take the time to understand your goals, background, and what you hope to achieve from therapy. Together, we will set the groundwork for our work and ensure you feel comfortable and informed about the process ahead.
