Book with me now by clicking on my website. I am a compassionate, empathetic, and dedicated clinician. I am highly motivated to assist clients through their unique challenges in any setting. I offer individual, couple, family, or group therapy. I collaborate with my clients to achieve their goals.

I studied at Central Connecticut State University, specializing in professional counseling (LPC). I have experience working with people struggling with addictions and co-occurring disorders.

My approach to therapy

My approaches are CBT and person-centered. My style is non-directive and client-centric. I incorporate God-centric interventions for interested clients to help them be congruent with their belief systems. I am highly motivated to assist you in any setting through your unique challenges. As a person of color and an immigrant, I hold a unique position in understanding cultural differences, values, and traditions, and that enables me to provide effective therapy from a multicultural perspective.

What you can expect from me

I am culturally sensitive and integrate the cultural values of my clients into our sessions. I offer hope and support so that my clients feel heard and understood.
