Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of experience, I provide a compassionate and supportive space for individuals to explore their emotions, gain insight, and develop tools to live a more fulfilling life. I have worked in an inpatient setting, therapeutic schools and most recently as a supervisor for school based therapeutic programs. Much of my work has been centered around working with children and adolescents and their families.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative and strengths-based approach to therapy, working with children, teens, and their families to strengthen communication, build emotional awareness, and create positive change. My work draws from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Structural Family Therapy to help families identify unhelpful patterns and develop practical tools that support growth and connection.

I’m especially passionate about helping parents navigate challenges while maintaining a healthy marriage and partnership. I believe that when parents feel supported and united, children are better able to thrive. My goal is to help families build resilience, restore balance, and create lasting, meaningful relationships.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my goal is to create a comfortable, supportive space where you can share what’s been going on and what brought you to therapy. We’ll talk about your family’s current challenges, strengths, and goals so I can get a full picture of how best to support you. I’ll also explain what therapy with me looks like and answer any questions you have about the process.
