Great to meet you!

I am excited for the opportunity to make a difference by connecting and growing through relationships. I work with individuals, children, adolescents, and families. I strive to guide my patients toward a life filled with hope, happiness, and wellness. My areas of focus include anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, family/relational conflict, and ADHD. I am EMDR trained. I foster a very bright and caring personality and aim to develop a genuine bond on the path towards individual wellness.

My approach to therapy

I incorporate play therapy, expressive arts, and mindfulness techniques to create a safe and fun therapeutic environment. I focus on the family system and invite parents/families along the journey to best facilitate behavioral changes.
