Hi, I'm so glad you're here! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) offering virtual therapy to individuals in Ohio. My specialties lie in working with survivors of Trauma, Abuse and Assault, LGBTQIA+ Adults and Teens, Folks with ADHD and those experiencing Chronic Illness. As a Queer person myself, I value knowing I can access therapy from a member of the LGBTQIA+ community. My job is to meet you where you are and assess how your feelings, experiences, and the systems we live in impact how you make sense of the world. Learning about ourselves in such a way impacts the way we navigate our lives, for the better.

I offer a dynamic approach when it comes to providing therapy. This simply means I draw from multiple theories and therapy approaches during sessions. Sessions will always be person centered and trauma informed, meaning you are in charge! I utilize Systems Theory, Queer Theory, and Critical Race Theory often.

Many folks get very nervous before their first visit so I like provide a breakdown. I'll introduce myself and answer any questions you have about my background and training. After that I'll go over a few necessary formalities. I will then help you explore what your are looking for in therapy and what brought you to seek out sessions.
