Great to meet you!

I am passionate about the power of the therapeutic process and helping individuals and families find hope and healing. Together, we will set goals and work towards achieving them - all at a pace that works best for you.

I specialize in working with adults, adolescents and families living with depression, anxiety, trauma, and challenges in relationships. I have significant experience working in higher levels of care settings and with folks navigating suicidal ideation and self-harm.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My practice engages a trauma-informed approach with the evidenced-based practices of Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, Motivational Interviewing and Mindfulness. Most importantly, I will approach you with a person-centered lens; drawing on your strengths and experiences to tailor treatment to your specific needs and point of view.

What you can expect from our first session

I aim to de-construct stigma and shame and provide a safe, inclusive, and affirming environment to empower you towards healing. I am excited to work with you, no matter your background and identities. You can be assured that I intend to listen, objectively and without judgment.
