Great to meet you!

I am a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP) with 15 years experience in nursing. I believe in providing individualized care specific to each patient and their needs. I utilize medication management and psychotherapy during appointments for optimal patient outcomes. I specialize in Anxiety, Panic disorders, Depression, Bipolar disorders, Insomnia, Adjustment disorders, Trauma, PTSD, Eating disorders, ADHD, OCD, Stress and Psychotic disorders.

A bit about my approach to therapy

I utilize a combination of medication management and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).

CBT is very useful for many clients because it is a goal-oriented approach. CBT focuses on the connections between negative thoughts, feelings and behaviors while offering positive skills to effectively reduce and manage the negativity.

What you can expect from our first session

We will begin with introductions followed by a thorough assessment to guide a customized plan of care!
