Great to meet you!

My approach is to meet you where you are without judgment. We'll develop strategies factoring in your strengths, skills developed in previous successes & how to apply them to current barriers. The focus is on you and your goals. Using CBT informed techniques practiced since 2003 and your abilities we'll aim to redefine challenges & reduce unwanted feelings.

A bit about my approach to therapy

CBT, Solutions Focused, Trauma Informed. Goals aren't achieved during one hour of therapy a week. Changes take place during the six days and 23 hours between sessions. You will have the answers. My role is to ask the questions that reveal them, encouraging and supporting you throughout the process.

What you can expect from our first session

Every session should feel thought provoking. I will provide tools and techniques, the foundation is developing familiarity with common cognitive distortions. The goal is for you to challenge cognitive distortions and to master reframing skills, which will impact symptoms of depression, anxiety and anger.
