Great to meet you!

I specialize in helping clients navigate depression, anxiety, anger, trauma, and the thought patterns that keep them feeling stuck. Since 2003, I’ve used CBT informed, trauma informed, and solution focused techniques to help clients understand cognitive distortions, reframe challenges, and build practical tools for lasting change. My approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and centered on your goals, strengths, and the skills you already have.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is to meet you where you are without judgment and work collaboratively toward the changes that matter most to you. I believe growth happens both in and outside of session. You bring the answers. My role is to ask thoughtful questions, offer guidance, and support you as you apply new insights in daily life.

What you can expect from me

In your first session, you can expect a thoughtful conversation focused on what brings you in and the patterns that may be contributing to distress. I’ll introduce practical tools to help you recognize and challenge common cognitive distortions so you can begin building stronger reframing skills from the start.
