Great to meet you!

II am a compassionate counselor with 23 years of experience in education. I specialize in supporting women through life transitions, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and relationship challenges. Using CBT, CPT, acceptance-based, and creative therapies, I help clients build resilience, heal, and create meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic approach is personalized to each client’s needs and incorporates Acceptance-Based Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and creativity-focused interventions.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a chance to get to know each other, discuss your concerns, and identify your goals for therapy. In a supportive and nonjudgmental environment, you will explore the challenges you're facing and begin creating a personalized plan for growth and healing. Together, you and I will work on building coping skills, increasing self-awareness, and developing strategies to help you navigate life's difficulties with greater confidence and resilience.
