Great to meet you!

Welcome to the first step to the rest of your life. I am a Licensed Clinical Social worker and a Certified Health Coach with over 9 years of experience. I have worked with a wide range of issues from HIV/AIDS , to substance abuse, and the geriatric population. I have worked in substance abuse facilitating groups , individual counseling, family counseling sessions, and couples counseling.

My approach to therapy

My therapeutic style is warm, inviting, and empathetic. I utilize the person centered theory to assist my client in changing how the think of themselves. I will be your personal diary while guiding you to your ideal life. My role as a therapist is not to direct you on what to do but to assist you in creating the life you want. You are the author writing your life however you want and I am the pen.

What you can expect from me

My clients can expect to take away a new sense of self and freedom. I assist the client in exploring who they truly are and what they want out of life, not what society feels they should want. I uplift, support, and advocate for my clients helping them navigate through this tricky thing called life.
