Great to meet you!

Reaching out for therapy can feel like a big step, especially when life already feels heavy, overwhelming, or uncertain. You may be dealing with anxiety, stress, trauma, or a major life transition and wondering how to keep moving forward when everything feels like a lot. I work with adults who want a space to slow down, make sense of what they’re carrying, and feel more grounded in their daily lives. I also support women who are navigating the beauty, complexity, and stress of motherhood. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, understood, and supported while also helping you look more deeply at the patterns, experiences, and emotions that may be keeping you stuck.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, warm, affirming, and thoughtfully challenging. I believe meaningful change happens when you feel emotionally safe enough to be honest, curious, and open to growth. I draw from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Narrative Therapy, and strengths-based approaches to help clients better understand themselves and their experiences. Together, we may explore how your thoughts, emotions, relationships, and past experiences shape the way you move through the world today. I work to help clients build insight, manage difficult emotions more effectively, and reconnect with their strengths so they can move toward the life they want to build with greater confidence and clarity.

What you can expect from me

In our work together, you can expect a therapeutic relationship that feels supportive, connected, and grounded in trust. Clients often leave sessions with greater clarity, stronger self-understanding, and a deeper sense that they do not have to carry everything alone. Therapy with me is not about becoming a different person or trying to “fix” who you are. It is about understanding what may be getting in your way, making space for healing, and building confidence in your ability to move forward. Whether you are feeling overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, or simply ready to understand yourself on a deeper level, therapy can be a place to begin creating meaningful change at a pace that feels manageable and authentic to you.
