Great to meet you!

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas with a compassionate approach to therapy. I work with clients aged 15 and older, including individuals, couples, and families. I enjoy utilizing an integrative approach, considering the whole person and how various issues affect each other to foster comprehensive healing and growth. My educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of North Texas, a Master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from LeTourneau University, and ongoing doctoral studies in Health Psychology at National University.

I am a trauma-informed therapist, trained in EMDR Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT). My goal is to help clients and their families understand the factors that influence their mental health and to support them in overcoming these challenges. I am dedicated to promoting each client’s well-being in this process.

Seeking support can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to face it alone. Whether you’re navigating past trauma, managing stress, or striving for healthier relationships, I’m here to provide a safe and understanding space where you can heal and grow. Together, we can work toward the changes that bring you greater peace and fulfillment.

My approach to therapy

I am a client-centered, trauma-informed therapist who believes healing happens within a safe, compassionate, and collaborative relationship. My approach integrates evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), allowing me to tailor treatment to each person's unique needs.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to learn skills to improve their current functioning and to gain a better understanding of themselves and the world around them. Most of my session begin by evaluating a client's current functioning, then we dig deeper to determine the root of the issues they are facing once they are ready.
