Great to meet you!

Hello! I am a licensed marriage family therapist specializing in trauma with adults and youth, women's issues, grief/loss and life transitions. I am passionate about helping others heal and grow because of my own experience with receiving that type of support in my life and healing my own trauma. I feel so honored to be a part of another person's journey to healing as it is a very personal and vulnerable experience. And it can also be an experience that leads to growth and a more fulfilling life. The work of trauma recovery is difficult, but this same work can lead to new wisdom and an awakening of the heart. We can learn to trust in our capacity for growth. You can be an active and creative participant in shaping your life and your future. It truly is and has been an honor to be present with and witness as clients navigate the difficult spaces and step into and experience a new sense of aliveness, connection, safety and wholeness.

My approach to therapy

I work with women who feel overwhelmed, stuck, anxious or burnt out. Through EMDR, somatic therapy, mindfulness-based practices, and IFS-informed work, I help women tap into their innate wisdom and find inner clarity and create new patterns. We’ll work together to gently untangle what’s keeping you stuck and help you create deep lasting change. I also work with children who have been affected by trauma and other stressful experiences. I use play therapy and EMDR to help them process and work through difficult experiences so they can thrive.

What you can expect from me

I offer both virtual and in-person sessions and work with clients who are ready to invest in healing that lasts. If you’re ready to feel more present, empowered and connected to yourself and others, I invite you to reach out for a free consultation. You don't have to keep doing it alone. I’d be honored to walk with you on your path to healing.
