Great to meet you!

In 2018, I received my Bachelors Degree in Psychology from McKendree University, and in 2021, I graduated with a Masters Degree in Professional Counseling from Lindenwood University. Currently, I am working towards a PhD in General Psychology from Liberty University. I have worked in a private practice setting, foster care, an autism clinic, and in a psychiatric hospital. There is almost nothing you can say that is going to make me judge you, or that I haven't heard in some capacity before. I am especially familiar with trauma and anxiety in my career, and I am confident that I can bring some perspective and techniques to the table that can help you navigate whatever problems that you are experiencing.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is simple. If you believe that the process can work, and if you are willing to be honest and vulnerable, then we are much more likely to see progress. I have always appreciated helping people AND a challenge, so please, give yourself a chance and reach out!

What you can expect from me

Environments in therapy with me have been described as "relaxed, warm, and inviting" in the past, and I am not a big believer in confrontation. You can expect regular follow-ups and being held accountable, but in a way that isn't condescending or impatient.
