Great to meet you!

Everyone has a story, and I believe healing begins when someone finally has the space to tell it without fear of judgment.

I work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families facing anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship struggles, and life's unexpected challenges. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or simply exhausted from carrying too much for too long, therapy can become a place where things begin to make sense again.

I spent more than 25 years walking alongside people through some of life's most difficult moments. Today, I combine that life experience with evidence-based therapy to help clients better understand themselves, strengthen their relationships, and move toward lasting change.

My goal isn't simply to help you feel better—it's to help you heal in ways that create meaningful and lasting transformation.

My approach to therapy

I believe lasting change happens when we understand the "why" beneath our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors—not just the symptoms we want to eliminate.

My work is grounded in Internal Family Systems (Level 2 Trained) and other evidence-based approaches that help people process trauma, reduce anxiety, and develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.

Rather than telling you what to do, I work alongside you with curiosity, compassion, and practical tools that fit your unique story.

Every client is different, so therapy is never one-size-fits-all. Together, we'll create an approach that helps you move toward the life you want to live.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is simply a conversation.

We'll spend time getting to know one another, talking about what brought you to therapy, what's been weighing on you, and what you hope will be different.

There's no pressure to tell your entire story during the first appointment. My priority is helping you feel comfortable, understood, and confident that you're in the right place.

By the end of our first session, you'll have a clearer understanding of how we can work together and what the next steps in your journey might look like.
