Great to meet you!

Whether you're a leader who can't seem to switch off, someone trying to figure out where you truly belong, a queer person navigating queer life, or simply stuck in patterns you can't quite explain, my work is to help you gain real clarity, build more authentic connections, and create change you can feel in your daily life.

I'm Dr. C, a gay male, Seattle counseling psychologist working with LGBTQ+ adults, high-achieving professionals, and everyday people dealing with anxiety, burnout, depression, relationships, identity, career transitions, trauma, and addiction.

My approach to therapy

My approach is relational, trauma-informed, culturally responsive, and grounded in evidence-based practices. Together, we'll explore the experiences, relationships, and systems that have shaped your life while identifying practical ways to move forward.

What you can expect from me

When you work with me, you can expect a collaborative relationship built on trust, curiosity, and accountability. I assume you are ready to start where you are using what you have, and that often means getting uncomfortable in service of getting better.

I believe people grow through and towards relationships by becoming open to, aware of, and engaged in their lives. I believe that all people desire and deserve to flourish, and often this means becoming critically aware of the ways in which oppressive systems have disconnected, disempowered, and devalued important parts of who we are, who we love, where we come from, when we grew up, what matters to us, and how we choose to live this life.
