Great to meet you!

Hello, and welcome. I work with older teens, adults, and older adults navigating life transitions, recovery, depression, and major changes. I also support single parents and those committed to making healthier choices or seeking more balance in life. Clients describe me as honest, supportive, and down-to-earth. I believe everyone has the capacity to grow, no matter their age or past experiences; the best time to start is always today.

My approach to therapy

I take a practical, collaborative approach that’s tailored to your needs and goals. Therapy with me is a space where humor, honesty, and real conversations are always welcome. Together, we’ll explore what’s working, what’s not, and develop tools to help you navigate challenges with more confidence and self-awareness. My goal is to help you identify your strengths, make meaningful choices, and build a life that feels true to you.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is all about getting to know you and your story, what’s been weighing on you, and what you hope to change. We’ll talk about what’s most important right now and start building a plan that feels realistic and doable. I aim to make our sessions feel relaxed, productive, and genuine so you leave feeling understood, encouraged, and ready to take the next step forward.
