Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who helps adults and couples understand the deeper patterns shaping their emotions, relationships, and sense of self. I work especially well with people who feel “stuck in their head,” overly responsible, or disconnected from their emotional lives — even though they’re high-functioning on the outside.

Many of my clients are navigating major transitions, identity questions, relationship strain, or a sense that their old coping strategies no longer work.

My approach is grounded in modern psychodynamic therapy: thoughtful, collaborative, and focused on uncovering the why behind persistent patterns.

My approach to therapy

In our work, we slow down and pay close attention to what’s happening beneath the surface — thoughts, feelings, and relational dynamics that often go unnoticed. This isn’t about quick fixes; it’s about developing insight, emotional clarity, and the ability to relate to yourself and others in more flexible, authentic ways.

I aim to create a space where you can explore difficult emotions, question long-held assumptions, and observe how your internal world shapes your relationships, work, and wellbeing.

What you can expect from me

Many people I work with are used to staying in control, thinking through problems, and keeping their feelings to themselves. The first session is a chance to slow down, get clear on what’s been weighing on you, and talk through the areas of life that feel stuck or overwhelming. I’ll guide the conversation with steady, nonjudgmental questions to help us understand both what’s happening now and what patterns may be underneath it. You won’t be expected to open up quickly — just to show up honestly, at your own pace, while we begin making sense of things together.
