My name is Cory Mazariego. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) within six years of clinical experience and a graduate of the University of Southern California (USC). As a bilingual therapist (English and Spanish), I am committed to providing culturally responsive and compassionate care to diverse communities.
My primary areas of focus include working with individuals experiencing depression, anxiety, grief and loss. I strive to create safe, supportive, and collaborative therapeutic environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered.
I look forward to helping you reach a healthier place mentally and emotionally, and to supporting you on your journey toward growth, healing, and overall well-being.
I meet my clients where they are at. I focus on insight, clarity, and solutions. Together we focus on awareness, simplifying what feels heavy or chaotic, and not only on what is not going well, but what is the next step.
We will focus on understanding what's bringing you in while beginning to identify patterns and areas for change. My approach is both reflective and solution-focused, so you can expect to gain insight as well as practical direction. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, more clear, and with a small, actionable step forward.
