Great to meet you!

Great to meet you!

I am a Dual Board-Certified Mental Health and Family Nurse Practitioner, with over 15 years of experience in the medical field. I believe that our mental health is equally as important as our physical health. Prior to transitioning to treating mental health full time, I worked in one of Boston's top hospitals as a nurse practitioner.

I work with all age groups: Children, adolescents, adults, and the elderly. Whether you are looking for psychotherapy, ADHD evaluations for school, or medication management for ongoing mental health challenges, we will work together to formulate a successful treatment plan.

Scheduling: Understanding that life is busy, I offer morning through evening appointments, and some weekend appointments are available as well.

My approach to therapy

My approach to medication management and therapy

Because everyone has a unique background, care is very individualized. Everyone has a unique story, and we will work together, as partners, in your therapeutic journey.

We will create a collaborative relationship of open communication that is free of judgement where you will feel fully supported in your mental health journey.

What you can expect from me

What you can expect from our first session

You will feel supported, understood and empowered. You will gain further understanding of your mental health and how both our physical health as well as external factors can influence our well-being. Finally, together we will develop a treatment plan for moving forward.
