Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with a PhD in Counselor Education & Supervision, and I work with adults navigating anxiety, stress, and life transitions. Many of the people I see feel stuck, overwhelmed, or hard on themselves—especially those who are used to being independent or “the strong one.” I help high-functioning adults who look fine on the outside but feel exhausted, tense, or disconnected on the inside. We’ll work on reducing anxiety, building emotional clarity, and creating a life that feels sustainable—not just survivable.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, structured, and flexible to your needs. I work from evidence-based practices, including cognitive-behavioral and strengths-based approaches, to help you better understand patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Sessions focus on practical tools, insight, and building skills you can use outside of therapy. I aim to create a supportive, nonjudgmental space where we can work at a pace that feels both challenging and manageable.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, we’ll focus on getting to know each other and understanding what brought you to therapy. We’ll talk about your goals, what you’d like to be different, and any concerns you have about the process. I aim to create a calm, respectful space where you feel comfortable asking questions and being open. By the end of the session, we’ll have a clearer sense of next steps and a plan for moving forward together.
