Cory is a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Nationally Certified Counselor through the National Board for Certified Counselors (NBCC). He attended the University of Texas at Tyler, where he obtained his master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.

He has experience in the school system as a social-emotional learning counselor and in non-profit and private practice settings.

In his free time, Cory is an avid sports fan, who also enjoys spending time with his family and friends.
