Great to meet you!

Life has a way of knocking us off balance, making it hard to find our footing or make sense of what’s next. I became a therapist because I believe everyone deserves a space to make sense of the chaos. I’m not about perfection or endless self-help jargon. I’m about helping you find real solutions, embrace your strengths, and take meaningful steps toward a life that feels authentic and fulfilling. Therapy with me is collaborative, creative, and (when it fits) a little bit irreverent.

My approach to therapy

I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. My approach is flexible, direct, and focused on what’s actually going to make a difference in your life. We’ll dig into the messy stuff, your struggles, your pain, your victories, without sugarcoating or pretending it’s easy. I’m not here to tell you what to do or give you quick fixes. I’m here to listen, challenge you, and help you figure out what’s really going to move the needle.

What you can expect from me

You’ll leave each session with a better understanding of who you really are. No more hiding or pretending. I’ll help you uncover the stuff that’s been holding you back, even if it’s messy or shameful. You’ll walk away with big questions that challenge your way of thinking, and actionable steps to start making real change. I’m not here to hand you answers, but I’ll help you find your own.
