Great to meet you!

I understand how important it is to feel truly seen and heard, and I am passionate about helping clients create meaningful change in their lives. With training in EMDR for trauma and a background in meditation and mindfulness, I provide a safe and supportive space for healing, growth, and balance. I am currently pursuing certification in sex therapy and offer affirming care to LGBTQ+, kink, and polyamorous communities. I bring empathy, compassion, and over 15 years of personal practice to guide clients through life’s challenges and transitions.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is rooted in empathy, compassion, and creating a safe space where clients feel seen and heard. I work collaboratively, tailoring the process to each person’s unique needs while drawing on evidence-based approaches like EMDR for trauma, as well as mindfulness and meditation practices to support grounding and balance. I specialize in helping clients navigate challenges related to sexuality, relationships, anxiety, depression, and life transitions. As an affirming therapist, I welcome and honor diverse identities and lifestyles, including those within LGBTQ+, kink, and polyamorous communities. My goal is to support healing, self-understanding, and meaningful change in a way that feels both supportive and empowering.

What you can expect from me

In the first session, clients can expect a lot of gentle information gathering and space to share what is going on in their lives right now. I take time to listen closely and understand your story, your concerns, and what brought you to therapy. Together, we begin to explore your goals and hopes, while also making sure you feel comfortable, supported, and heard from the very start.
