Hello, I'm Cosima! I have a Master's Degree in Social Work from the University of Denver. Through my own journey, I have discovered a love and passion through music, nature and travel. I have specialized training in EMDR, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Perinatal Mental Health. I specialize in trauma work, attachment theory, couple's therapy, substance use, and life transitions.
