I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of helping others. I have worked in crisis and non-crisis environments, with a calming and level-headed approach toward individuals and families. My passion has been working with people to help better themselves. I am ready to listen and work with you wherever you are on your therapeutic journey. Please note that at this time I do not take EAP sessions.
I believe that honesty is the foundation to create change in a therapeutic environment. Every person and their challenges are different and I will work with you to find the best solutions possible. I use strength-based, and solution-focused models to work with you on achieving your goals.
My goal is to create an environment in which you can challenge yourself. Similar to working out at the gym, we listen to our minds to assess where we are, and how far to push ourselves. The sessions will build upon each other; some days will be more challenging, with the ultimate goal of achieving what you set your mind to. I do this in a non-judgmental and easy-going pace.
