I am a graduate of Naropa University with a master’s degree in transpersonal counseling psychology. I have over 14-years of experience working with adults 21 years and older.

My mission is to offer a supportive and compassionate environment for clients to courageously embark on a path of self-discovery, reclaiming their true essence, and ultimately, leading fulfilling lives.

Drawing from an eclectic approach, I integrate mindfulness-based techniques to foster awareness of thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, alongside Gestalt therapy principles to facilitate holistic healing and integration of the self.

Client can expect to take away a sense of hope. I immediately guide client to notice what is going well in their lives and we begin to build from there.
