Great to meet you!

You're taking a bold first step that is the start of your transformation. I'm Courtenay Collins, LCSW and I'm honored to take this journey with you. I've been helping people for almost 23 years conquer anxiety, navigate relationships, boost confidence and change negative thought patterns.

The LGBTQ+ community holds a special place in my heart, especially those battling a difficult religious upbringing and anyone suffering religious trauma.

My approach to therapy

I want to help you understand more about you, how you can solve problems and how you can become the best version of yourself at anytime in your life.

You are the expert of yourself (no one knows you better than you) and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming things that challenge you.

It takes courage to seek a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I'm here to support & empower you in that journey - to help you tap into it.

What you can expect from me

Personal growth is a practice. So each session we will work on some little or big step (you get to pick) you can practice from once session to the next. Life is made up of micro-decisions and you get to chose the path you take one step at a time.
